This website was created as a appreciation to what I like to call "The Wild West Era" of the internet, where most websites were made by users and had that certain charm to it that I can't describe; unlike the boring, monotone styled websites that are made and an attempt to be "modern" that we have now.
As you read those last few lines, you understand at this point that I just got bored of the modern look of the internet. I decided that I should create my own website deciated to 90s-00s websites of the time. Most of sites deciated to making websites just don't work out for me, although easy, it's hard to replicate that charm the old internet had with those sites, so thats why I go to Neocities for that purpose!
Granted, I'm not the best programmer in existence, as I have no idea how to do HTML or CSS, but I'll learn the more I update my Neosite!
The username DreamerIzumi derived from two things, Dreamcatcher (My other Alias), and Izumi, one of my Original Characters. It's used in the case on websites if the username "DreamCatcher" was taken (very common name of course its gonna be taken), so in it's place, DreamerIzumi will be the username for that website.
